Order to Dispatch

Nothing is cut until the order details are locked in.

Allow ten to fifteen business days at the bench for a made-to-order rim.

International carriage takes a further fifteen to twenty business days.

Plan on about twenty-five to thirty-five business days end to end when both stages are counted.

Import duty and local taxes sit with the receiver.

Clearance paperwork occasionally holds a parcel beyond the estimate, and that part is outside our control.

Tracking details are issued at dispatch.

Where a scan goes quiet, send us the tracking number and we will raise it with the courier.

If you have a date to hit, tell us before ordering so we can confirm the queue.
